Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and we offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $50. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details via email. To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your shipping information at checkout, as we’re unable to make changes once the order is processed. If your package is delayed or lost, our support team will be happy to assist.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly resolve the matter with a replacement or store credit if eligible.
